Please read all policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment you agree to the terms below.
Deposits
Booking Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable unless Sassy Hair Extensions cancels your appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice Required
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total in addition to forfeiting the deposit.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once with 48+ hours notice and your deposit will transfer to the new date. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. Your deposit will not be refunded for late arrivals that require cancellation.

Consultations
A complimentary consultation is recommended before all extension and hair replacement services. This ensures we select the right method, color, and length for your goals.
Hair Condition
Extensions and replacement systems require healthy hair. We reserve the right to decline services if the hair or scalp condition is not suitable. A conditioning treatment may be recommended first.
Color Matching
We do our best to match your natural color. Results may vary based on your existing hair color and condition. A strand test may be required prior to full color services.
Children & Guests
For the comfort of all clients, we ask that you limit additional guests during your appointment. Children must be supervised at all times.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right.
